When we understand it is our energy that creates and not action(which is just a manifestation of energy), we quickly see how taking bad-feeling action is not necessary, and often quite futile. But that is often just one part of the alignment equation.

Podcast #124: Law of Attraction: I’ve Pulled Back from Bad-Feeling Action but Nothing’s Happening

This is such a valid point. Thoughts and feelings speak louder than actions. You make such a great case here. Once you change your primary vibration to a positive emotion you can start to flip the switch and start attracting more positive situation, but it doesn’t happen overnight. That’s just one part of the whole piece.
Hi Anthony
Thanks for your comment and you are right. At first, you might not see the result of energy shifting right away in your physical reality but it will come…has no choice. If we can just hold steady, we’re all good.
Hi Kelli,
This podcast addressed an issue that has been on my mind a lot lately. I’ve been working on exactly what you’re talking about – cutting out bad-feeling actions and trying to enjoy the work I already have to do. Doing this brings a lot of fear to the surface though. You’ve spoken before about the fear that feeling good might “cancel our order” with the Universe. I understand what you mean, but there’s also a fear I might be canceling the order with myself. That is, if I’m not uncomfortable or unhappy enough I won’t have a reason to take action to change my circumstances, so they won’t change. I know this thought pattern runs contrary to the idea that our energy creates our circumstances, but it’s the one that comes up consistently whenever I try to cut out the bad-feeling actions. And really, it’s not bad-feeling actions that are the problem as much as the fear there’s something I need to be doing but I don’t know what it is, and whatever it is will be difficult and scary. I also find I tend to sabotage myself by putting off day-to-day things that need to be done because they’re boring or I don’t feel “inspired,” but I may be doing this because I’m afraid I won’t know the next step to take after I finish whatever needs to be done now. Do you have any tips on dealing with this particular energy? Thanks for the great post!
Hi JM
The main issue here is transitioning to a space where action is prompted by a very different energy. We are used to being driven by pressure, fear, dissatisfaction, forcing a result and other energies that feel really badly. Acting from a space of inspiration, maximizing joy and well-being,etc…is pretty foreign to most of us and sometimes there is a period where we may not be in the old space but we’re not quite in this new space yet and it is very uncomfortable because we are so action-oriented. If you get more comfortable with this state and keep reminding yourself it is energy not action that creates, you will have less fear about not knowing what to ‘do’ yet. This is also where general vibe management takes on more importance.
Hi
So I have been following your posts and the general Loa stuff for quite a while now and I have struggled to make it work in my favor.
Now I have realised that the most important factor for manifestation is vibration. And that we must actively maintain a high vibration on a day to day basis.
I have realised that, for me, surrendering a long term goal is so difficult because it just makes me so attached and not taking any action also makes me frustruated so it instantly brings down my vibration.
So keeping focus on vibration alone, I have decided not to keep any long term goals and just move by the philosophy
‘inch by inch, life is a cinch’
‘yard by yard, life is hard’
So my mantra is :
gratitude for all that is today
Gratitude for opportunities ities that are sought today to grow tomorrow
Gratitude for everything that I appreciate which may add value to my life tomorrow.
This way I get to add gratitude a lot for the entire day. But I am not making long term goals then I keep wondering if I am reaching them or not. So I stead i choose to be grateful for anything which I see as having me grow
Now I would like to know is this the right approach. Will really great things be achieved if I take it by this approach because this really does make me happy most of the time.
Second most important thing if I am taking an action which I know will lead to my goal but I have a strong fear of it falling apart but I continue to do it anyway, is it fear driven or am I just doing the right thing inspire of the resistance (fear)
Thanks a bunch
Hi Renji
I like your mantra a lot. There is no right or wrong approach–manifesting is not an action. Paying attention to how you feel and what is motivating your actions will be the best guide as far as what you ‘do’ to achieve any goals you have in your life. I find it helpful to focus on ‘energetic’ goals and then see what actions or particular experiences, etc…would help me achieve them.
