One thing we come to see in our ‘spiritual journey’ is there is quite a big difference between intellectually understanding and appreciating various teachings and really knowing and accepting them in our heart. It is only in the latter where they can make a meaningful, material difference in our lives. So learning how to move from one stage to the other is crucial.
