So glad you liked it. You are right about needing those reminders..it is easy to get sucked back into the fear, worry, and the other yuck and since there is a lot of momentum there still, we easily attract more of it. I am looking forward to our call too!
Like the statement. I think we try to focus on being happier using thought, when we could do with being more at peace with ourselves (as consciousness creates form). If we learn to get into a habit of, ‘being’ rather than, ‘thinking’, life usually works more in our favour.

That it so so true. We try to intellectualize something that happens on a level of emotion and that makes it a lot harder.

Thanks Kelli for this podcast. I can’t believe it’s 14 already! I can attest to the cold shower in the morning. I do it every morning and I feel like a million bucks all day.
This LOA stuff really works….I have just landed the job of my dreams…..and it just came into my reality so easily….great pay, great boss, great co workers, beautiful office….it’s everything I visualised and more! I keep pinching myself. It gives me so much more faith that everything else I want will work out too.

I was feeling so bad today, so much so that I quit my normal 2 hour workout at the half hour mark. But I came home from the gym, took a hot shower, and listened to your podcast, and when you said that line….I literally busted out laughing. I honestly didn’t think I would smile today. When you said that you get somehow overwhelmed when you are around too many people cause you are sensitive person and their energy can impact you or as you said you personally do not watch TV new or certain TV shows…..i understand that pretty good cause i absolutely do and feel the same way.
For example i often feel very suppressed when i go for shop in the supermarkets…. i see unhappy , unsatisfied people and that impacts me a lot, i get fearful and nervous cause that is something i want to avoid happening to me…..same with TV news or certain TV shows…..i avoid watching them cause of the same reason , but i would like to ask……if that things are triggering those feelings of fear, uncertainty, etc. doesn’t it mean that i should somehow cope with them? Like working on on myself till the point they do not impact me anymore in that negative way?……For me personally is hard to understand when the problem is in me, that something is making me feel a certain way and when the thing is really negative, sheding a bad energy ( like the peoples in the market lol ) and the best i can do is avoid them and in that way protect my own energy.

It is important to recognize the difference between embracing resistance and working through it and unnecessarily triggering it constantly by doing things that we know will bother us, like watching the news a lot for example. If you make this ‘work’ about always being on the lookout for resistance and ‘conquering’ it, you will fall into a very dangerous trap because there will always be something there. Let things come up naturally, don’t try to force them up or always be looking for a problem. You will never get it all.
