This can be tricky sometimes…not gonna lie, and no matter how much we get LOA in theory, we usually need some reinforcement and practical tips to get there. Lots of good stuff in here.

    I really appreciate this podcast. I’ve listened to it a couple of time, and it’s full of so many wonderful reminders when sitting in a lower space. Sometimes it’s easier than others to shift back up again. But it’s so true that just a small shift can make a difference. Right now I’m trying to organize my daily routine a bit better so that it feels more productive. Been in a bit of slump the last 10 days. Kinda stuck in neutral.

    So awesome you write for Huffington Post! I read everything you’re cranking out and love it. Thank you Kelli!

      I am glad you found it helpful .You are right that feeling better is more difficult sometimes than others and it just is what it is. Our emotions are helpful messengers and while we don’t always want to feel what we feel sometimes, it helps us see where we need to ‘clean’ things up vibrationally and ultimately serve us. For me, being more accepting of these moments helps instead of judging them as something I ‘shouldn’t’ be experiencing because I should know better or whatever. As for your daily activities, I find that letting myself go on nudges to do things is helpful rather than being too rigid with my schedule…for example, one day I may do my work immediately upon getting up after meditating while other days I feel inspired to clean first thing and then I do my other stuff later.

      1. You’re so right! I’m definitely going to continue allowing myself to flow through the occasional negative stuff, remember it’s there to show me something and redirect good feelings when I can let them flow versus force them.
        I went snorkeling this morning for the first time in years!!! I loved it, and will make a habit of it now.
