Podcast #53: Law of Attraction: Processing and Releasing Your Sh*t

Truly harnessing the power of the law of attraction is not just about being ‘positive,’ it’s about being willing to dive into all the muck that’s been shaping your reality thus far. We start uncovering all this ‘stuff’ and we’re not sure what to do with it. We want to release our crap but we don’t know how.

So, I’ll be chatting you up about that. Not sure why but the last minute of the podcast got cut off…but it was just my rambling way of ending them as I tend to do so didn’t miss much.

Also, wanted to let you know the call last week I did about manifesting money is still available for purchase. You will receive an email with the recording and assignment that came along with it. You can get it here

  1. Loved this Kelli. And I have to agree that coaching is a big deal, it pushed me forward in a way that years of trying on my own just didn’t quite get me there.

It’s so true that we over think everything too much. I find that when I strip the whole thing down and focus on loving me, trying to enjoy my life more and expressing as much love as I can to everything/everyone around me I feel deeply satisfied. It’s a new strategy I’m playing with. It makes life and desires so much lighter. I really want to take away the “charge” around my desires and see them in a lighter way. So get the energy moving.

    Take care!

    1. Hey Corin
I agree that coaching can certainly accelerate things–having someone to talk to one on one can really help cut through things a lot more quickly. And I think it makes us more likely to do different exercises and things than if we were attempting to do them on our own. I love what you said and I think it is great advice. I really like you what said about removing the ‘charge.’ To me that is one of the things we can do with shifts in perspective, deciding to give things less attention, etc…We may still feel and think certain things, observe certain things in our life, but that ‘charge’ can diminish and from there, we can really get down to shifting.

  2. Hi Kelli, this is the first podcast I’ve listened to, and it’s amazing on how it was exactly what I needed 🙂 I’m not really happy with my work situation and it’s bringing up all types of feelings for me about not being smart enough, messing things up and being judged and criticized. I was doing affirmations about being good enough, etc., but recently I’ve been having a realization that I’m not in an environment that plays to my strengths or is even the type of work I want to focus on… so rather than try to feel good about myself at work, I need to find a place that I feel good at working. I have so many fears about looking for that new place because I still question whether it exists and whether I am smart/capable enough to handle the job that I want, and the message that I got from your podcast is that rather than fighting those feelings of not being good enough, I can just accept them as a part of me and still start to update my resume, talk to people, etc. Before, I was waiting to *feel* ok before doing anything.. but I’m not sure if that feeling of being ok really ever comes… is this the jist of your message?

    1. Hi Leslie
While it can be challenging, we always have to work on making those internal shifts before having a ‘reason’ to. It is good you realized your current line of work is not suitable for you and not what you want. You do want to work on dealing with the feelings and view of yourself it is triggering now because that is the true cause of your unhappiness, not the job. Once all that starts transforming you will make space for ideas, inspirations and clarity. You do want to work on feeling better now in any way you can but that doesn’t mean trying to like a situation you don’t like..it just means looking beyond your current reality and throwing some energy behind the one you would prefer, and you don’t need to know anything about that reality as of yet to be able to start doing that. You can certainly take actions that you may think will be helpful, and yes, you may not feel totally great and it may feel uncomfortable but you know you are moving in the right direction.

      1. Kelli, thanks for your awesome and thoughtful response. I was actually having a moment today and your response made me feel so much calmer 🙂

  3. Thanks so much this was my first time hearing your podcast and found it super helping cuz you’re right i was making myself more anxious by thinking “oh shit am i not doing this right”. Thanks a bunch loving your blog and podcasts 🙂

    1. Hi Gissell
Thanks so much for your comment and I am so glad you enjoyed it. That fear is common because of our ‘action-oriented’ approach to life. We can get very caught up in the ‘doing.’ It is a big relief when we realize we don’t have to ‘figure out’ manifesting.
