If we appear to want something very badly, feel very badly that we don’t have it, and put a lot of time and effort into trying to acquire it, whether in the form of ‘energy work’ or a variety of actions, the idea that we don’t have this thing because we don’t actually want it may seem ridiculous on its face. But when you understand the mind more deeply, this seemingly strange conflict makes perfect sense.
