  1. Good morning Kelli.
That podcast was exactly what I needed to hear this morning.
I had thought that I’d just be more positive and happy and create a higher vibe.
No…a work situation over the past two days has shown me that I do need to be more assertive and stop being a doormat. This podcast makes me realise that being more assertive and stop worrying about what others think of me, is much better for my vibe.
I’ve applied for a new job 2 days ago.
I’m assuming that the intention to be more assertive and stop worrying about how people perceive me (and then being more authentic) will do wonders for my vibe.
    Happy Thanksgiving…from Sydney, Australia.
Black Friday sales are now more popular here as well.

    1. Hi Joanne
Thanks for your comment and so glad it was timely for you. This work is very interesting in that as we start exploring our own energy more deeply and seeing the impact it has on our lives, there is a lot more going on than whether or not we’re being ‘positive’ or if we simply believe something like the LOA is ‘real’ or not. Observing our behavior and actions is a great way to get a handle on our dominant energy, perspectives, beliefs and view of ourselves. Sounds like you had a very profound realization that will help you very much moving forward.

  2. Happy Thanksgiving!! Great podcast as well :). I remember listening to a millionaire speak at a conference a couple years ago and somebody in the audience asked “why aren’t most people successful?” And his response was “ A lot of people like to complain but nobody wants to do anything about it.” I’m 24 and sadly I’ve noticed with my generation in particular we’ve become very entitled. The first thing a lot of people my age do when we have problems in life is go on social media and complain about how victimized we are by society, the government, our families, relationships, or bosses. I’m more than guilty of this and have to remind myself that I if things are the same it’s because I’ve refused to truly do something about it.

    1. Hi Jaden
Thanks for your comment and sharing your insights. That very simple observation is very accurate! All of our issues inherently are simple but addressing them isn’t always ‘easy’ as they say. Yeah, very generally speaking, people of that generation do seem to have that mentality more than others. Of course not everyone, and of course, plenty of people of other ages have this same way of thinking! It’s good you can honestly recognize it in yourself so you don’t let it dominate. Being a conscious creator is very difficult if we largely believe our circumstances are the result of outside forces and factors obviously!

  3. For me, it’s not in the not doing…I now hold off “doing” because I was always a person of action…a warrior…so knowing when I should act or if that act was out of ego or inspired…I had no idea. I could/my mind could make it be whatever I wanted it to be. Now, not doing and letting the Universe do its work is a strange territory. When do I act…when is it my action an inspired action…and when do I leave it alone…?

    1. Hi Rebecca
Thank you for your comment and I think a lot of people can relate to your ‘dilemma.’ There really is no cut and dry way to evaluate actions and know for sure if we ‘should’ do it or not. Ultimately it comes down to honest exploration of what is happening inside. Only we can know what energy is surrounding a contemplated action. Only we can know if we’re truly in a mode of going within first and getting things ‘right’ there before doing anything or being more ‘passive’ hoping things take care of themselves without having to participate in any way. Only we can know if an action isn’t quite ‘right’ or if we ultimately know we should do it even if it feels uncomfortable. That is the thing to remember about lots of ‘inspired’ actions–they may not always feel comfortable.
