  1. So true, as always, Kelli! When I have examined a limiting belief in a situation I’ve often been surprised at how basic, silly or obvious it was for it to have that much power over me.
For the ones I have cleared out it is so freeing to see how things flow once the literal energetic block is removed.
For the ones I haven’t fully cleared it’s still helpful to be conscious of them and how baseless they are even if I’m not all the way there yet in believing differently.
I notice that it’s been helpful to identify the underlying emotion and the root it came from and then release it and replace it with a new one (peace instead of anxiety, security rather than abandonment, etc.). Also practicing gratitude to be appreciative, present and to retrace the path of abundance back to Source where it came from.
Blessings to you and thank you for your lightwork!

    1. Hi Ruby
Thanks for your wonderful and insightful comment as always. I think anyone reading this will find it very, very helpful. And like you have experienced, that awareness of our limiting beliefs and a bit of examination of what is happening can get us back on track rather nicely. That awareness also helps us take a step back and remove the ‘charge’ that strengthens the emotion courtesy of becoming completely absorbed in it.

  2. It genuinely is the feelings behind the thoughts Miss Kitty. I figure if you feel ’em out the feelings and thoughts dissolve. The deeper you patiently dig, the more unpleasant the feelings but being liberated of these energies is well worth the digging. Rocking podcast.

  3. Who am I ? · My name is Richard, and I am 61 years on the spiritual path, yes, even very successful. As to those so-called “limiting believes” – unless one knows that it is only a “fearful thought” in which a person believes out of ignorance – one will begin to fight – and because of fighting, things immediately get worse. If you know what it is, getting rid of the false thing indeed is suddenly very easy. The quickest way to get rid of any negative thought or feeling, is – not to fight it, as it is no reality as such, but only imagination – easily get rid of all negative things in the mind – start to meditate according to a schedule and a timer, in oder not to overdo it. Two are 3 x a day for 10 minutes will change your mind quickly. Blessings – Richard

    1. Hi Richard
Thanks so much for your comment and I love what you said about how fighting it just makes it worse. It is so true. I enjoy meditation as well and I think it is a great way to calm the mind, stabilize our vibration and help us remove the emotional charge from our negative thoughts…that is the real issue from a manifesting perspective, not the words running in your mind.

  4. Thanks for the post Kelli. It was so easy to resonate with this and I too am always surprised about how simple the limiting beliefs are.

For a long time I would gloss over whatever fears were coming up as they hadn’t come from terrible traumas. I had a good childhood so what did I have to complain about and why couldn’t I just get my sh*t together, right??!!

Once I understood the impact of subtle influences over many years it became easy to understand why they had become limiting beliefs and that they were more than worthy of being dealt with!

Kind Regards & all the best
    Kim 🙂

    1. Hi Kim
Thanks so much for your comment and I am so glad you enjoyed the podcast. Your story is a perfect example of the importance of acknowledging and honoring whatever comes up without judgment. It doesn’t matter what we intellectually understand to be true or not true if on an emotional level we are buying into some sort of fear, limitation or other ‘block.’ We are all bringing varying degrees of ‘stuff’ to the table in terms of intensity and amount, and our ‘stuff’ is valid just for the fact it exists. Definitely keep this in mind moving forward–be honest about how you feel and do your best to keep the mind out of it!
