When we are focusing on change in a particular area of our life, and we don’t seem to be seeing much movement, it is easy to think we must have some problem in this specific area of our energy, but this isn’t the case.

Podcast #107: Law of Attraction: The Problem is Never What You Think

Thank you for this. I went inside and am pretty sure my lack of self esteem and feelings of being worthless are contributing to both my lack of money and my lack of health. I hate myself, and failing at finances and having bad health give me more reasons to hate myself. What a vicious cycle!
I am going to focus on self love and self esteem now, and I am sure I will see massive improvements. Hell, I’ll certainly be happer which is the best improvement, right?
Hi Aurora
Thanks for your comment and I am glad the podcast provided some helpful insights for you. You will certainly see massive improvements and you are right–you’ll get the best thing of all, which is to feel better, the thing we truly want anyway. And the great thing is…all the ‘stuff’ still comes anyway without ‘trying’ to manifest it!
Hi Kelli!
Thanks for this podcast. It was quite interesting and kinda brought me to some powerful realizations tonight. But I have a question though… how do you shift some “unshiftable” beliefs? I mean, in my case I just realized that some issues around the theme of being unwanted is what has been popping up in my life since I was a teenager, in many areas of my life, and most notably romantic relationships. Things are so bad, that as an adult, I feel unwanted and now both adult me and inner child me are messed up. I also ended up rationalizing me being unwanted (which was a fact in childhood) to my sense of worth, so I also feel worthless for not being wanted. I am not gonna lie that I have no clue how to shift that since my whole experience has shown me that over and over. Anyway, it was a helpful insight, at least I know why this particular set of experiences are popping up again and again. Thanks!
Hi Gabriela
The thing about beliefs is there is no ‘trick’ to releasing them. They are just something we have decided is true, and the only thing we can really do to start is question whether that is actually the case. The outside manifestations came as a result of your dominant thoughts, feelings, etc…so the energy was there first. This is something it can take awhile to really sink in, and once it does, it makes us see the actual experiences are just a reflection of our inner world, and don’t actually have any meaning outside of that. You are not experiencing this things because there is inherently something wrong you with, you are experiencing these things because YOU think there is something wrong with you, and it is just being reflected back. Just be willing to release them to start and you will see manifestations that provide evidence they aren’t real and from there, it gets easier. Don’t fight for this idea that they can’t be changed…it’s just not true plain and simple. The only thing that would make that true is an unwillingness to release them based on what has already happened, which again, means nothing actually.
Hi, Kelli! Why most people (more common in kids’ age) interpret that some experiences(that means nothing) have something to do with their worth? And they decide to believe that they are unworthy. Are there actually traumatic events or not? (we say they are traumatic) Thank you. This question really intrigues me
Hi Radost
Since most of us aren’t highly evolved spiritual masters, there is a good chance that certain events will produce some sort of negative emotion in us, or can be very traumatic–losing a child, suffering through war, being abused in some way, etc…There is a part of us that i untouched by what happens to us, that remains in tact, that is not damaged, and getting in touch with that part can certainly help in healing. As for unworthiness, I think a lot of us, particularly because of religion, have been instilled with the idea we are inherently ‘bad’ and need to prove our ‘goodness.’ As a child in particular, it is easy to think certain things happened to us because we were ‘wrong’ or ‘bad’ in some way, and if we think we are not good people, we will have a hard time accepting good things into our lives because we don’t think we deserve them. Same goes if we have a belief you are only worthy of something if you work really hard to get it, or suffer a lot in its pursuit.
Your material greatly resonates with my worldview! I would definately purchase all your courses if I had financial opportunity, but im only 18, haha. One day I will buy all of it.
Hi Radost
