This resonates with me 100% allowed me a deep breath lol everyone is annoying the crap out of me so I’m trying to stay away from social media and normally I don’t read the news or worry but I have family and friends texting me “reminding me” and it’s like they hate that I’m not worrying about it and I just told them look I have my worries but I don’t like to admit it but u know that is true so I need to look at that

Thanks so much for your comment and I am so glad you found the video helpful. While there is probably a need to know at least somewhat what is going on, we would do well to limit how much time we spend consuming information about what is happening. Many of the most important things we already know, namely how to minimize the risk–the same basic things as other viral infections! Unless you are an enlightened being, this situation is probably causing a variety of feelings so don’t beat yourself up about that. The key is a willingness to be with them and a willingness to truly try and adopt the perspectives that will serve us better and cut down on the more unpleasant emotions.
