  1. I agree, amazing truthtelling here, Kelli! It can be a vicious cycle when we’re in pain minimization mode… until we’re so sick of it that the only solution left is to deal with the pain. Imagining that the only thing you want is emotional healing takes courage because we’ve been so conditioned to think “outside-in”. I hope your message gets heard far and wide.

      So glad you enjoyed it. You are right…often times we don’t deal with it until we are backed into a corner and feel we don’t have any other choice. It doesn’t have to be that way but our desire to avoid it as much as possible means this is how it usually plays out, at least initially. Then when we get more comfortable with facing these feelings and lose our fear of them, we tend to nip things in the bud sooner.

  2. I’m getting it. For ages I created all these lists of things that I wanted….these lists were very detailed and I obsessed over them. Sometimes it worked…sometimes not. But I’m starting to not get so hooked up with the lists. Now when I’m feeling something like frustration, I just say to myself (well when I remember and not get caught up in the emotion) that OK, I’m feeling frustrated, angry, sad, whatever. It’s an almost instant relief, my vibe just seems lighter.
    I think that relief space is a better space and place to be in.

      The problem with getting very detailed and specific is our mind tends to latch more onto ‘how’ all that will come together, and since it can’t even come close to figuring that out, it creates a very unpleasant sort of tension and a lot of anxiety. And the mind also tends to think certain things are important that actually wouldn’t matter when we manifest the best match of what we want or are necessary parts of the process or need to happen first,etc… that actually aren’t, and we get all twisted up worrying about things we don’t need to give a thought to. The energy of relief is very powerful and anything we can do to create it and ease that tension should be embraced. Getting very specific may work for some people but it never felt that good to me and I found easing up on all that let in much better versions of things I wanted than my mind was wanting, and it also let in things I never even knew I wanted but when I got it, I really liked it!

  3. Spot-on, as usual! A couple of months ago, I thought I had this all figured out–that if I simply decided to stop believing my limiting beliefs, everything would change. And while shifting your beliefs is very important, it’s ONE piece of the manifesting puzzle. I was getting so frustrated with myself. My feelings became a nuisance I simply had to ignore. That didn’t work out too well for me. So now it’s back to working WITH my feelings again 🙂

      Love reading your comments as always sharing your own journey with the teaching and how you are transforming. The ‘human’ element does call on us to do a bit more than just believe this is how things work. Obviously that has to be the basic foundation but we have that other ‘stuff’ that isn’t accounted for in the theory of it all. This isn’t actually a problem though as long as we deal with those other elements and it’s not as difficult as our mind thinks it is. I have no doubt you are doing a fabulous job!
