Expanding your awareness to see versus fight these feelings helps neutralizing. Like observing and allowing to pass by, versus fighting to keep the feelings around. Rocking listen.

Hi Kelly, I listened to the heal your mind heal your body series, which I appreciate, so thanks for that. My problem is that I am feeling shit every day, I don’t resist it but even still it doesn’t get easier and it has been going on for nearly 4 years. I really have tried every method I’ve found to try and feel better but nothing works for me and it’s just miserable. Even if I do feel good one day there’s always shit nagging at me in the back of my mind and it never goes away no matter what I do. I really don’t know how to handle this anymore.
I really appreciate your practical and always unpretentious wisdom in your post,s and podcast,s..as these are offerings ,..your helpful pointers to anyone interested in , frankly waking up and accepting offered guidance toward a more fulfilling life for them..you and Ryan are really helpful..Love your upbeat and somewhat irreve rent style..i.m black and have and continue to benifit and look forward to your post,s as these are universal and available to all demographics!
