Podcast Episode #6 Law of Attraction: 5 Forms of Resistance Messing with Your Manifesting

This law of attraction thing would be a total cakewalk if we didn’t have all that damn resistance in the form of limiting beliefs, fears, doubts and all that other fun stuff that rises to the surface when we start trying to consciously create our reality.

Today’s podcast talks about the various forms that will screw with you and how to work on shifting it so you can attract all sorts of awesomeness. I hope you enjoy it and please be sure to leave me a comment.

  1. That cover image screams Savusavu, Fiji 😉

The feeling aspect of LOA is tough to grasp at first but when you make good feeling decisions day after day you will knife through resistance with greater ease. Sure you may slam into a block yet you can glide through it if you keep on feeling good, and detaching, and if you’re willing to do uncomfortable stuff from time to time.

As you note in the podcast KC we have stuff in the past, a life time of stuff, to clear so yep…..thing do not always come together as swimmingly as you put it.

More inspired stuff! Love Henry in the background. He adds authenticity to the call as how many coaches are doing podcasts from villas in Bali?

Great share, and folks, listen to Tip 1. Let go that how.

    1. Hi Ryan
Yes, that is Fiji for sure. I like what you said about making the good-feeling decisions…that is key but can be so challenging because our mind is usually telling us for some reason we have to make the bad-feeling choices. He certainly does make for a more authentic experience .

  2. Hi Kelli,
This podcast came at just the right time. I’m trying to be easier on myself, change to more positive and reassuring self-talk, reminding myself that all I really have to do is align and let the details take care of themselves. It’s amazing how much relief a little bit of self-soothing can bring.

    Thanks for sharing this!

    1. Hi M
So glad you enjoyed it and it was timely for something you were dealing with in the present moment. That self-soothing is huge and it is one of the best tools we have…we just have to remember to shift from self-criticism mode more often!
