Hey everybody
After getting some really good feedback on those audios I did with Ryan, and really liking doing them, I have forayed into the world of podcasting.
And I am happy to present to you the first episode where I talk about common misconceptions about the law of attraction. No editing or anything fancy…just me chatting it up, ums and all ;)…maybe I’ll take the time to learn about all that stuff.
Great listen for anyone who is new to the whole LOA game as well as the more seasoned…let’s face it, we can always use some reinforcement, especially if we find ourselves a bit stuck, or feeling frustrated because we don’t seem to be attracting what we want.
I hope you guys enjoy it, and be sure to leave me a comment and let me know what you think.
Also, if you feel so inclined, I would really appreciate if you could leave me a review over at Stitcher…for any of you unfamiliar with this site, it is a popular place to share podcasts.
It requires at least five to list the show in its directory, and the more reviews, the higher the rank, which means being able to reach more people and help them create a life made to order!

The energetic charge note is key KC. Loved the podcast!
It’s 1 thing to think. Another thing to inject thoughts with a tangible, powerful energy. The energy is the power. Amplify it by thinking the thoughts that you want to think, most of the time, and their energy grows, like an avalanche. But in the end though, you’ll need to find mechanisms to raise your energy, like exercising, and meditating, and doing yoga.
Wonderful podcast, again. Congrats on your exciting new project!
Ryan
Hey Ry
Raising that energy behind the thoughts is the key for sure, and the more that energy increases, the more easily you will attract thoughts of that same frequency. It gets easier to think that way.
Great podcast Kelli! I listened while I was on the treadmill and you made the walking much more bearable! 🙂 I suspect that I have some beliefs around money that are not letting me manifest a financially abundant life. Could you address how to eliminate sabotaging beliefs in a future podcast? That would be very helpful.
Hey Donna
Thanks for your comment and so glad you liked it. Don’t feel too badly about money blocks…we all have them! The good news is, even small shifts can make a difference in our experience and start letting in more of what we want and that includes money. That would be a great topic and I am sure I will cover that soon!
Hi Kelli,
It was good to hear this because for me, I tend to pick up energy very easily from audio or video. The meaning of the message comes through in a way that makes more intuitive sense than reading, I feel it more. And I’m sure there are many other readers who feel the same way. That being said, I still love your written posts and always look forward to new ones. They are so thorough, and I refer to them again and again as a helpful reference.
Often my intuition tells me not to worry about limiting beliefs. Just go about the day feeling good, and when negative emotion comes up, especially if it’s extreme, feel it and journal it, then it will pass. I am definitely someone who (usually) finds such great pleasure in thinking about my desires, I could happily go on for hours! And often I do! I love those feelings of joy, warmth, pleasure, coziness, love, intimacy, passion, bliss, fun, safety, comfort, feeling protected, basking…just taking pleasure in feeling many forms of good. 🙂
I tend to feel emotion in a very extreme way though. From time to time I still find myself in deep bouts of depression, sadness, jealousy, doubt, lethargy, impatience (when will conditions morph??) etc. It can really feel horrible in the midst of them. Nevertheless, once those feelings pass, new clarity arrives and my vibration rises. You are right, the extremes of the highs and bliss can make the lows seem even worse. But I know my overall vibration is continuing to raise and things will get better.
Hey Christelle
I am glad you liked it and I see what you mean. Some people prefer listening to reading and vice versa and I am glad to hear some good feedback on the podcast and that people like it.
I know what you mean about those extreme swings in emotion…I still experience that at times but it has gotten less intense. You are right that they offer opportunities for new clarity. One thing I would say is to examine whether there are beliefs and feelings that you may be suppressing to some degree in an effort to feel better…if they are still running pretty strongly in the background, it is possible they are peeking through in those moments full force which leads to those big swings.
I forgot to add, sometimes I wonder if the signs I’m seeing that I’m on the right path and that my manifestations are coming together are true signs. At times I question if I’m really doing it right or if I’m making things up. It feels best to think of perfect timing, everything is lining up and coming together, I’m on a good path!
Also what do you think about the idea of taking one or a few steps a day to get closer to where you want to be? I’ve read this in a few personal development books and have tried it before a few times. At first it felt good, but knowing what I know now and that we don’t have to make things happen, when I try to use this approach, I feel resistant towards it. I don’t like making myself do things that most people would see as logical steps but aren’t fun. I guess I take a lot of inspired action (fun and joyous feeling activities related to my desired lifestyle, and tons of good feeling imagining), but I can’t see how they will get me there directly. Sometimes I worry I am being too playful and not taking my desires seriously enough (is there a line?) Though isn’t alignment what determines when desires arrive rather than action?
I think that if taking those actions make you feel good and create the expectation you will get what you want, go for it. If those actions are coming from a place of force, fear and feeling we need to control to be sure things turn out the way we want, you want to step back from those types of actions because they are an indicator you are not in alignment with what you want in that moment and that won’t help matters much.
What is motivating our actions is always something we want to examine. When we are feeling good about what we want and excited, we tend to get inspired to take action…like someone who has a business may get a great idea for a website tweak or new product and just dive right in.
If you are taking actions that feel good, you are on the right path, and it can be hard to break the ‘no pain no gain’ paradigm. Now I am not exactly sure what you are trying to manifest, but if you are feeling really resistant to action overall, or about taking steps to manifest this thing, you do want to examine if there is some part of you that may have resistance to the actual manifestation. For example, a person who really loves all their free time may have reluctance to actually try and build a successful business because that means more commitment, but he may not be fully aware of this.
Hey Christelle
If the signs are making you feel good that what you want is possible, they are true signs for sure. Becoming aware of LOA can often lead to overanalyzing and worrying if we are ‘doing it right.’ That is the thinking part of us getting in the way!
Misconception #4, freaking awesome.
I loved this Kelli. Looking forward to more of them. Your explanations are so helpful. I wish I had access to your info years ago! Better late than never. 😉
Hey Corin
So glad you liked it. I’m really excited about the podcasts. You are right…better late than never and everything unfolds as it should, though it can be hard for us to accept that. Anyone on any sort of ‘path’ will always lament they should have started sooner!
Loved this podcast. I am so appreciative of your reminders that we have permission to not be perfect and have it all figured out, or even understand it all right now
Hi Sara
I am so glad you liked it. I always like to give that reminder because we can be way too hard on ourselves when we embark on this whole ‘making ourselves better’ journey. And this is especially true when we begin consciously working with LOA because we realize it is our thoughts, feelings and beliefs that are creating our reality and can really get down on ourselves for not being able to make the shifts we need to make to become a better match to what we want. But luckily, we can start seeing improvements as soon as we make any type of shift, even if it isn’t complete.
