So, another LOA post for ya kids…I have just really been feeling this content lately, and I know many of my core readers were drawn in by this topic in particular, so I hope you have been loving it.
I have just seen so many amazing changes in my own life since consciously working with my energy, and over the last few months, I have made some major shifts of my own (the f originally stuck when typing that, and sure glad I caught it as I am not the best proofreader at times), and feel I am entering a whole new level of my work, and life in general.
It is pretty exciting, and it is my hope that sharing my perspective and tips on the attracting process will allow people to create the same awesomeness in their own life. I know our brains can be really stubborn, and this can muddy up a process that is at its core, quite simple. So, onto my latest little LOA nuggets that I hope will make your work go more swimmingly, and get you through the rough patches.
Make Peace with the Process
Awhile back in a post I wrote about personal development pitfalls, I discussed the idea self-improvement is never something you finish…there is no end point where some perfect version of yourself will spring forth. And by this, I do not mean you will always be battling something, or would never be able to feel quite satisfied with life. It is simply the fact that desire to grow, expand and better ourselves will always be there. As we change, our interests and focus will change. New things will come to the surface we will want to explore.
There is a similar line of thinking when it comes to working with law of attraction. As you grow and change, you will want new things, and you may not be a match yet, so you’ll have to work on becoming one. Resistance will still rear its head at times, and this is especially true as you begin to reach for bigger things, things you probably never thought possible for you before you discovered what is truly possible for you, and how freaking powerful you really are.
As a human prone to emotions, and ‘imperfection,’ you may have some more deeply rooted issues and beliefs that will impact various areas of your experience, and will come to the surface at various times in your life. We are here to create all sorts of awesomeness, and that desire to create will always be there.
I know there is this hope that once you start working with LOA, everything will just fall into place effortlessly from here on out and everything you want will come without an ounce of effort in the mental realm..now, this is totally possible of course, but you may still be battling with your mind to various degrees depending on the nature of the manifestation , how important it is to you and the strength of the limiting beliefs standing in the way.
But, while you may have to still contend with all of this as new creations pop into your mind, it doesn’t have to be as painful as we sometimes make it. We can give into the process, and not resist all the ‘yuck’ as much. If we learn to accept that this is what will happen sometimes, it becomes much easier to deal with.
The resistance becomes more subtle over time for the most part, and not as glaring, and in your face, because your trust and understanding has been growing over time. The more you manifest, the more confidence you have in your ability to bring into your experience that which isn’t there yet. So, you are aware there are some obstacles, but you aren’t as scared of them. You know they are serving you somehow, and you can overcome them.
Don’t Get Caught Up on What Everyone Else is Doing…Do What Feels Right to You
We have a very troublesome tendency to constantly compare ourselves to others, and evaluate other people’s actions and experiences when reflecting on our own. We look at the results people have gotten, and saw all the stuff they did to get it, and think we have to do all those same exact things, lest we won’t find the same success.
But, ultimately, we have no idea what path that person was on, what was motivating their actions, what beliefs they held, what they were working through and what have you.
For example, some people are really action-oriented, and truly enjoy doing a whole bunch of stuff to get the results they are after—it feels good to them to do all this, which is what led to the positive manifestations, not the specific actions taken. Now, if you are the type of person who is less action-oriented and ambitious (me raising my hand here), and try to emulate this same approach, your experience will be completely different because this won’t make you feel good. It will feel more like forcing and manipulating, which throws you out of alignment, thus creating a block to what you want to manifest.
Then you have the people who hold the belief that success comes after a lot of backbreaking work, suffering and lots of stops and starts, and this was their exact experience—you could certainly take that path as well, but it won’t be very pleasant, and do you want to do a bunch of stuff that makes you feel like crap?
Our energy, and how we feel, lies at the core of everything in our experience. So long as we feel good with whatever approach we are taking, and our beliefs support getting what we want, regardless of what other people are doing in their own lives, we will get the results we want.
I won’t lie..this is not always easy. I still struggle with it at times. This is the kind of thing that will pop up in various ways, and aspects of your life, and it will be a little mini-battle each time. Sometimes you’ll give into the desire to act, no matter how shitty it makes you feel. It’s okay..you are only human and your damn brain will fight us on this attraction thing with all its might, no matter how much proof you may have accumulated that this whole acting- from- inspiration- and- nothing- more- thing is the ticket.
While there is a lot of value in learning about what others did to become successful, or get the very things you want for yourself, always keep in mind the idea of inspired action and resonance. Don’t do things that don’t feel good because someone else said that is what he did, and that means you have to do it too…when we do things from this type of space, we are just kind of interfering with the process, and while we may see some sort of result get squeezed out of this way of doing things, it comes more slowly and the process just feels a lot more painful.
Make Friends with Your Intuition and Start Heeding It
If you really want to make you work with LOA easier, and up your trust in the amazing machinations of the Universe, make it a point to start listening to your intuition and acting from that space. You will be amazed at the things you observe. By following your intuition, you will line up with the tools, people, ideas and inspirations that will help you move towards what you want, and puts you in touch with solutions to your current predicaments.
I was recently in Ubud, Bali, made particularly famous by the book and movie ‘Eat, Pray, Love,’ and for any of you unfamiliar with the area, it is a mecca for all things yoga, spirituality, health and the like. There are all sorts of practitioners performing a host of healing modalities. Many restaurants are full of pamphlets of people advertising their services (which I tend not to read very much), and one day I was sitting next to one of the stands with all these brochures, and just grabbed a few right in my eye line to browse while I waited for my breakfast in a place I had not visited previously, but was alerted to by a copy of their menu placed outside their organic garden, way out in the middle of the rice fields near our home.
And there was one discussing a particular form of energy work that I had never heard of, but I found very intriguing. There was this strong pull to do it, and when I got home I called for an appointment. I was scheduled to leave Bali in a couple of days, and I hoped there would be an opening. The woman ended up having an opening for that Thursday and off I went.
All I can say is whatever that woman did to me, I have felt a permanent shift in my energy, a clearing like I have never experienced before, and even though it has only been a little more than a week, I can tell it is here to stay. I was so amazed, I signed up for more sessions with a woman in NYC while I am in the area visiting family, and am taking a class to learn more about it.
Interestingly, that Thursday in question was Thanksgiving, and this woman, who is American and has lived in Bali for 12 years, celebrates the holiday every year with other Americans who live in the area, and this is the first Thanksgiving she has worked since she has been here. Coincidence? Of course not.
Whatever ends up happening with my exploration of this path, it will without a doubt move me forward, it already has tremendously. Maybe I’ll keep working with it, and it will become a primary aspect of my personal development work, or maybe I will at some point decide it no longer resonates, will give thanks for the benefit it did provide, keep applying what I found useful and just move on from there.
For those of your interested in what I did, you can learn more about it at AccessConsciousness.com. I still don’t know too much about it myself, but what I experienced has me intrigued for sure. Now, would someone else experience this same thing if they did this work as well? Maybe, maybe not.
The point of this story is just to follow your intuition and see where it takes you– you are feeling a nudge to do a particular thing for a reason, there is some benefit. You are being led towards something that is helpful for your journey personally. And on the flip side, when you intuitively don’t feel a pull towards taking a certain type of action, such as exploring a particular channel of ‘self-improvement’ work even though someone else said it was really helpful, for example, don’t do it. Different things work for different people. There is no one path, tool or whatever, that is a necessary component for our growth and happiness.
Your intuition is a powerful tool in your attraction arsenal, so if you haven’t been busting it out on a regular basis, start doing so.
In Closing…
So, start accepting the attraction process for what it is..you may always be doing some kind of work on lining up with a particular manifestation. It’s okay you aren’t perfect, or that your vibration is not squeaky clean. When examining other people, take away the tidbits that resonate with you, and discard the ones that don’t–remember there are infinite ways to reach the same destination, and one person’s path may be very different from yours. Do what feels right and resonant to you. Start tuning into your intuition and trusting it..no matter where it leads you, it is to your benefit, even if it is something ‘bad.’ Any obstacle is there to help you become a better match to whatever it is you want.
As always, just work on doing what you can to feel good. Be patient and compassionate with yourself as you do this work. It truly isn’t as hard as it feels sometimes, but we have a lot of conditioning we need to strip away, and as we do that, our experience will begin to change. Good things can start happening almost immediately.
Your Turn…
What did you think of the post? Anything jump out at you in particular? Have you made peace with the process of attraction? Do you find yourself worrying too much about what other people have been doing and feeling pressure to do the same even if it doesn’t feel right? Are you good at following your intuition, and what results have you seen in your work with LOA?Looking forward to hearing your thoughts so we can have a nice chat.

Dear Kelli,
“Any obstacle is there to help you become a better match to whatever it is you want.”
I love this. Thanks for your posts I find them very helpful & insightful
Since I’ve been embracing my life & all my percieved challenges I sense a real deepening of both my experience & my ability to give & recieve. The obstacles really are the gifts if I dare to meet them & trust the process. I suppose its about not falling out of trust when things look pear shaped!
with much appreaciation
Anna
Hi Anna
Thanks so much for stopping by and so glad you like the posts. You are so right that those obstacles are gifts because they give us the feedback we need to see if we are on track or need to tweak things a bit…it can be challenging in the moment to see that sometimes, but if we can remember their purpose,it gets easier. Trusting the process is so important, and I find that looking back on my LOA ‘wins’ always helps me deal with any challenges I may be facing in a particular manifestation. Sounds like you have a great attitude towards the challenges and that right there puts you way ahead of the game!
Hi KC,
I find that your wisdom will inspire many LOA newbies to take note; what feels good to some, feels bad to others. I am in-between guy. I like doing stuff and all but I enjoy bumming it out too. I’ll never work 15 hours daily and enjoy it, so sorry Tony Robbins, you’re a different bird than me! Heck, even if I love my work – and I do love writing, and blogging from paradise – I need to do other stuff like rest, travel, pet cats named Gambit, eat, watch basketball and exercise to keep the good-feeling vibes going.
Too many feel manifesting happens with action, but it happens through being. That being may include clear laziness and neat manifesting, or clear action taking and neat manifesting, but whatever your preference, just be clear on it to create your neat life.
KC, wake up! Super post 😉
Ryan
Hi Ryan
Thanks for sharing your insights. You are so right about the point of creation is in ‘being’ and not doing. The action certainly plays a role but the ease with which we get results depends on how aligned we are. Great point about clarity as well…that can really set things in motion.
Hi Kelli
Thank you for your post. I have a question for you that maybe you can help me with. Let’s say there is a large disparity between your current reality and the reality you want. You focus positively in every area of your life and eventually your thinking shifts and you feel considerably better but notice even more the disparity between what you have and what you want. Your reality has not yet changed to reflect these better feeling thoughts, other than signs of disintegrating and breaking down. So, there is a large amount of discord between your positive feelings and this current negative reality and disintegration and this is making you feel uncomfortable because it seems worse (even though we know it’s not, it’s just your thoughts and reality shifting). This is affecting every area of your life so it’s like a rug being pulled out from under you. On top off all this, it feels that you are getting larger and more difficult blocks of resistance coming up to clear, so that drags you down with negative feelings too. What are your suggestions for managing this time? Since we don’t know how long that period of transition can last for it can be easy to let it slow down your positive manifestations.
Actually specifically, if you are not happy with your reality do you grin and bear it or ignore the things and people that you aren’t happy with and focus on good stuff. If someone says, “what’s wrong? why aren’t you talking to me?” do you say “nothing, everything’s fine” or do you go into a laundry list of what you aren’t happy with which drags down your vibration. That person might respond negatively to what you say and that drags the mood down further. But if you ignore them, then they won’t be happy with you either. If you are married to them and can’t just go home and escape, how do you keep your vibration high?
Hi Ally
Glad you liked the post. This is in response to both comments you had left. I know how you feel right now..it can be hard to ‘get it up’ energetically all the time when we just don’t know when what we want will finally be delivered. The absence of what we want in our current reality is not always easy to ignore. We want what we want, and dissolving that attachment can be tough. You are taking a lot of good steps now so make sure to always give yourself credit where credit is due. Working consciously with our energy and taking taking that control.
The one thing I know from my own experience is when I start feeling like this, is that I am probably not feeling as great as I have been telling myself I am. Sure, no one is happy every second, and that is not what I am talking about. What I am talking about is the idea that sometimes in our efforts to feel better, we kind of gloss over things that are really bothering us, and while that can be effective much of the time, it usually won’t work for bigger issues that may be gnawing at us. That is the type of stuff we have to look at, let ourselves feel it and then see what we can do to actually start feeling better about the situation, even if it is just a small step up the vibrational ladder, as Melody has referred to it. So, that is something you want to think about,as this may be a contributing factor to that larger sense of unease.
And, as for the resistance coming up, that is actually a good thing because it shows you are moving forward, and it may not feel so great in the moment, but if we can remember that, we can put a different perspective on it. We are more willing to step into what is happening to see what messages it is trying to deliver rather than trying to force feeling better about it.
As for how to handle what you don’t like, the best move will ultimately depend on the source of the discontent, and what actions actually make you feel better because that is the name of the game. As for the specific situation you are bringing up, there could be a few ways to shift how you feel. If for example, you decided that what you were mad about isn’t actually that big of a deal, or you could identify more with why you think this person was acting a certain way, you might start feeling better about the situation without you having to talk to this person at all about it. Or, you may find that expressing your feelings and letting them out, would be cathartic for you..but, when we do this, it is important to remember to focus on this expression as a way to clear out some energy that is weighing us down, and not deciding we can only feel better if the person reacts in a certain way. While that is a nice bonus, we can’t make that a requirement for feeling better.
It can be tough keeping our vibe high when the people around us are causing us issue in some way, and as hard as a pill this is to swallow at times, we have to own our feelings and we can’t blame the other person for making us feel badly. It’s tough at times for sure, as the people close to us can really impact our emotions, for better or worse. You might also consider finding ways to spend less time in his proximity until you start feeling better..do some volunteer work or other stuff that keeps you busy or just stay in a different room when you can. What I would recommend doing now is sitting with all of this for a few days and envision smoother relations, even if you don’t know how that would happen. In this higher vibing space, you will be brought ideas and inspirations that will help.
Thanks for your thoughtful reply Kelli. That has given me a few things to think about. Sometimes one’s life is complicated and confusing so it takes a lot of thought to actually get to the root of the problem.
I’ve figured out how LOA works from my own observation. Usually in one’s life you get used to whatever is happening and has been happening, even if it’s not so great. But when you visualise how you WANT life to be, the discrepancies between this and your reality become quite obvious, and what you put up with previously, becomes not so great to you anymore. This is resistance coming up to break though. When you visualise or recreate the good feelings often enough, this imprints itself on your subconscious, which sets about re-moulding your life to what you are focusing on. In the process you are more likely to reject those things that you DON”T want in your reality, and accept those good things when they DO come into your reality. Keep this up and before you know it you have transformed your life!
Hi Ally
You’re very welcome..I’m glad you found it helpful. You are right about things being complicated, and I know it can be frustrating. One thing I always like to remember is lots of great things can happen, and lots of changes can take place, without everything being ‘perfect.’ We all have our stuff, bad days, limiting beliefs, and the like.
That is a very good observation and you are so right about that…what we have tolerated for so long will look much worse in comparison to the things we really want and the type of life we really want to have. I think that is one of the reasons people try not to think too much about what they really want out of life..it just feels really painful when they look at their present reality, so it is easier to push it down and try to convince ourselves we are happier than we really are.
It sounds like you are doing really well, but may be having a bit of a rough patch, but it is serving you..all of it always is.
Hi Kelli,
You know just in the past last 2 days, I’ve mentioned and explained the law of attraction to two people. We were having a discussion on growth as a person, but also development and desire to get to a certain place and what we want in life.
Although I always knew about the law of attraction, I did not deliberately practice it until a couple of years ago. I’ve been intuitive all of my life so that naturally comes to me.
The use of these two can make a tremendous impact and change in our lives. It helps me in all aspects of my life in particular with relationships with people. Learning to intuitively listen to people helps in communication and relationship building.
Thanks for sharing and writing info on this topic. People will definitely find it beneficial in their lives.
Regards,
Barbara
Hi Barbara
Thanks so much for your comment..so glad you liked the post. You are so right about that..intuition and consciously working with our energy is indeed a very potent combination. LOA can be great for improving our relationships with people…when we work on our inner world and shift beliefs that may lead to unwanted sorts of encounters or people in our experience, that aspect of our life can improve considerably. We can line up with different ‘versions’ of people even if they have fundamentally remained the same for example. Glad to see you are having such success in your own personal development work!
Hi Kelli,
I was interested in reading about the energy work you had in Bali. Does it have a name?
Sounds just like what I need. I find I respond to body work well with the right therapist. I have never heard of Access Consciousness before. I just had a quick look but will have to go back and read more to find out what it’s all about.
Sandy
Hi Sandy
Thanks for stopping by. The energy work I had was part of the Access Consciousness, and it was specifically called Access Bars, which is based on the idea there are various points in our head that correspond to different parts of our life..money, fear, etc… and by gently manipulating them, we can clear out any negative energies and beliefs we may hold in those areas. I had a very good experience and I would recommend it to anyone who feels this work resonates with them.
Hi Kelli
Another FAB post from my enchantress LOL
May I begin by apologising for the long letter here but I do hope you get a chance to read it all through, comment on my content, and attempt to answer my questions PLEASE!
You know I knew about the Law of Attraction long before I knew anything about ‘The Law of Attraction’
Let me explain – I was raised a Christian and worse still A Catholic and whereas they have good points they (organised religion) are steeped in negativity that is drilled, programmed into a person’s mind and worse still a young person’s mind. I was actually told that human beings were not meant to be happy in this life, now how negative is this? But it carried on with them using a piece of Bible Scripture that it would be easier for a ‘rich’ man to pass through the eye of a needle than to enter into heaven! Used and abused for power and yet misguided and never understood by the preachers of negativity and I struggled with this concept because there are plenty of good rich people in the world but then, eureka, I learned that Jesus was talking about the rich man’s ‘attachment’ to his riches.
(Now let me make it quite clear here that I am not knocking religion but just relating my experience with it! However, I do not follow any particular organised religious entity but embrace all that is good with all)
Buddha, was approached by a student who asked him how he could be free? Buddha in his wisdom told the student to go and think about who (what) is binding him! Again it is all about attachment and these could be wealth in all its forms but also the mire in which we sometimes find ourselves. Thus we need to let go of everything, all attachments to be truly free to live as we are intended without any limits or any limiting beliefs. Look at the Wright Brothers unless they believed we could still be getting a slow boat LOL.
Faith can move mountains but you have to believe, really believe and not just state it, because belief is a feeling not a statement. Moses had bread (manna) fall from the skies to feel thousands of people and he drew water from a rock in the desert because he had that feeling of belief. However there must have been some chink in his armour of belief of faith and in the feeling because as legend goes his people wandered around the desert for forty years before reaching the ‘promised land’.
Jesus changed water into wine, healed the sick, blind, and crippled; he even walked on water but so did Peter because he believed, really believed, but when a doubt crept into his mind he began to sink. All of these ensure that your belief must be a strong feeling without any doubt, without fear, and without worry to have your desire fulfilled for it to manifest into reality thus it is useless to just say I believe if you doubt, if you fear or if you worry because if you do, you do not really believe.
Now here comes the answer to the sixty five thousand question, and again Jesus revealed it when he said “Ask and you will receive” – “Seek and you will find” – “Knock and the door will be opened unto you” so what is it you are asking? Do you really believe that you will receive? What are you seeking? Do you believe that you will find? What door do you want opened? Do you believe it will be opened for you? The simple answer is yes, to all of the above questions if you really believe without doubt, fear or worry, but on the other hand the answer is no, if you do not truly believe, have doubts, have fears, or worries, because these feelings are the opposite of belief and are the blockages and barriers for what we want to manifest.
I know I gave examples of the laws of attraction from religion but it is what I have read and was told from a very young age but my programmers my tutors didn’t stress that all of this applied to me and that I could achieve any of this or all of this if I believed, truly believed. Even as recently as thirty years ago when I was already an adult, religious persons stated that I cannot change the world, not even my own world, well I may be thick but I didn’t believe them then and I certainly don’t believe them now. Again I am not slagging off these people, because I now realise that this was or is their own belief but mine is the opposite.
I heard this much profound statement from a disabled person confined to a wheelchair who when asked what it was like to be stuck in the chair and he replied “But inside I am dancing”. Now when first I heard this I thought ‘oh very nice but he is a fecking nut job’. But the more I thought about it I realised that he was right and that happiness comes from inside and not from the outside world.
This is the way it works and I know it works from personal experience but Kelli; I do not have a clue how to manifest what I want or when I want. I stated to you before that a friend had me write on a sheet of paper what I wanted and although being sceptical I did so, put it in an envelope, and put it away and forgot about it. I found it six years later and to my shock everything was manifested in reality. I don’t know how this all came about, I don’t know what I did or didn’t do or felt to bring this into reality but into reality it did indeed come. However there is one significant this that did not manifest and that was wealth; enough cash to do the other things I want to do and manifest. I do realise that there is/are blocks/barriers to this manifesting for me but I just cannot seem to find them. I don’t know how the other stuff manifested and I certainly don’t know why wealth didn’t manifest because I didn’t think or do anything differently about any of these things and I do not believe what was suggested to me and some times by myself that it is just pot luck.
So Kelli what do I do now?
I am optimistic and happy and grateful for everything in my life but at times I get frustrated with this main thing wealth that I just cannot seem to release at all. Having said that I do realise that money is only a means to an end and I do not care which way it manifests as long as it does.
I am 59 years of age going on 12, a writer and have three books self published on Amazon; I have a degree in movie production; I live alone in a municipal rented house; I drive a 14 year old car; I have angina heart disease and chronic spinal degeneration; and I have a little over $200 per week to run the house, car, and me.
I am not complaining Kelli but these are my facts but like I said I am grateful for all of the things I have and I am happy but I want to travel and I want a good partner but I cannot do if I have not got the means. However I try to remain positive, I want to remove whatever blocks or barriers if only I knew what they are?
I read The Secret almost 3 years ago and it has changed my thinking and it made more sense out of life for me. I followed up on Joe Vitale, Bob Proctor, Natalie Ledwell, and then on to a host of other people giving tips on how to manifest, leading me on to Melody Fletcher and the universe finally led me to you Kelli Cooper as I happened to read you comment on one of her posts. You speak my language and I was sent to you; the others are great but somehow I do not connect with them but I trust you. So now I just read you because with all of them posting and imparting knowledge it is confusing like everyone together in a room talking to me at the same time LOL.
Again I apologise for the long post.
Yours Very Sincerely
Dominic
Hi Dominic
No worries about the post length…it was stuff that was weighing on your mind and had to get off your chest. Like you said, the religious beliefs you were taught for all those years certainly don’t vibe with the whole ‘we are powerful creators who are here to be awesome, happy and have whatever we want.’ It is more along the lines of life is supposed to kind of suck and be a struggle, and maybe if we’re lucky, God will bless us with some good stuff.
I am not sure if that is an active belief you hold, but I did want to address it because you did bring up religion. One of the biggest blocks to manifesting for many people is belief in this idea there is some larger force that is making judgments upon us, and deciding what we will have in this life. People talk about being ‘blessed’ when good things happen to them, and I am all for gratitude and appreciation, but it speaks to my point that many people believe something outside of them is responsible for these good things, and they were gifted to them for some reason. We look at people who do all sorts of good that struggle and lament they ‘deserve’ more..and they surely might, but it is up to them to create it. The ‘big man in the sky’ is not just holding out on this person, and teaching them some sort of lesson through hard times and suffering.
I have no doubt your issues with money are deeply rooted in religious teachings that instill the idea there is something spiritual about being poor, pursuing wealth is wrong, etc… That stuff runs deep, and even though you consciously reject it, it is still in there somewhere pretty heavily. This does not mean that you can’t still make advances even though it is still in you..it is all about making the abundant, money is good and I deserve it vibe, predominant.
Money is complicated because we often confuse the reduced stress and peace of mind that may come from having it with true happiness–barring living in crushing poverty where your life is sheer misery, I really don’t think money can significantly impact happiness. We think of all the things we could do if we had more money, and we decide this is the missing piece of the puzzle, and we put so much pressure on ourselves to manifest it. We struggle financially, and it is really hard to ignore that reality. This makes for quite the muddied vibration when it comes to finances.
Detachment is key to manifesting, and one of the reasons all those things came into being from that list even though you hadn’t paid them any mind is for that very reason…when we aren’t really thinking about something, there can be no resistance to it. Life is going on as normal without those things and we aren’t noticing their absence. That can be more challenging with money because it is very easy to notice its absence when bills are past due, we are living paycheck to paycheck,etc.. But, as we know from working with LOA, we need to feel okay now and abundant now. A tall order it seems, but feelings are always available to us no matter what is happening right now.
Like you stated in your comment, a total obliteration of any sort of attachment can really instill happiness and a sense of peace, but unless we plan on retiring to a monastery or wandering a forest for the rest of our lives, we have to make peace with the environment in which we find ourselves, and the fact that we will continue to have desires and want to create. The key is that detachment and finding ways to feel good now even if what we want is still not here in physical form yet…it is a delicate balance for sure and one that may never be fully mastered, and that’s okay too.
Like you said, always seeking out different information can be a bit overwhelming and it is easy to fall into the trap of constantly gathering information to find that one golden nugget that will pull everything together, and we are doing a whole lot in terms of ‘research’ but are still not focusing enough on ‘being’ the type of person who attracts the money and whatever else we want.
I suspect that you are reaching a point where the feelings of being fed up will lead to a surrender that will create a huge shift in energy and lead to some major breakthroughs.
Dearest Kelli
Thank you so much for take some of your most precious time to reply to me – I appreciate every word you have written.
You made me smile when you talked about abandoning all attachments and wondering around the forest LOL Well I have no intention of doing that but I think you knew what I meant about attachments.
I am constantly working on myself about what is blocking success thus financial freedom to choose what when n where but I cannot seem to figure it out! Perhaps you are right that its so deep rooted in my subconscious it remains hidden. I do want to get at the root of the problem so I will be like a dog with a bone LOL but I don’t know where to begin even looking. Perhaps you could shed a little light on this for me Kelli
Your in much appreciation
Dominic
