  1. sooo true… i’m finding this too Kelli. working from the inside out via psychotherapy and other holistic modalities. the impact is so strong and has nothing to do with action.
    i’m amazed at the level of resistance to allowing my inner beliefs to just be..it has taken me having to apply a lot of compassion for the part of myself that is holding these difficult internalisations to come forward and release the words and emotions around them. my ego mind does not want to be bypassed or broken down, but i have realised that all these parts are working to protect me in some capacity. it is helping me have more compassion, in order to go deeper still. and gain via the energy release from that.

    1. Thank you so much for your comment and sharing your experience. That compassion is so key and being patient with the process. We need to have that willingness and readiness and can’t force things. As long as we are aware of what is happening and opening to having our minds changed, it will happen. We just need to be open to how it all unfolds. Thanks again for your insights.
