The only animals that can survive in those disgustingly-polluted Bangkok canals are 5 foot long, Komodo dragon-like monitor lizards and monstrously large cat fish. Primitive creatures.

We lack the lizard brain or the fish brain to pull that off, and would die a quick death after repeated exposure to pollution in the water.

Ditto for any human being who walks around saddled by unworthiness issues. The self-sabotaging, masochistic energy eventually manifests as some really rough situation after having created some nasty circumstances in your personal and professional life.

By facing, owning, embracing and releasing worthiness issues you can live a neat life.

Kelli and I are proof of this. We circle the globe while running our online businesses and in truth, things flow much more easily to both of us these days because we have cleared out a crap load of unworthiness energies in our lives.

Follow these tips to own and release any worthiness issues you may be suffering through.

You are Worthy By Default

What a killer.

If you believe half the horseshit beliefs about working hard to be deserving, or even worse, the belief that you start off your adult life as some unworthy lump of a dump who has to prove yourself, earn trust and jump through 453,000,000 hoops just to get your first promotion, or to get your first client, or to get an A, or to get anything remotely desirable, you feel as if you are carrying around an energetic anchor the size of a blue whale.

The world would have you believe that you are worthy after earning your worthiness, through action. This is a mass-created and subscribed-to bullshit theory constructed by the monkey mind, and is a lie.

As an infinite being masquerading in a meat suit, you are worthy the split second you enter into this plane of existence.

Imagine looking at a little baby. Do you deem the cute babe to be a scumbag that is unworthy of love, or food, or clothes, or toys? Of course not. That baby deserves the world.

But something strange happens as the baby grows, in most of our cases. The same deserving baby eventually evolves into a being of plight who needs to do something, or somethings, to deserve even an iota of goodness, let alone to have it all.

Sure you will learn certain skills, and you will practice, and you will devote your loving energy to serving and helping others, but you need to be open to awesome ideas, awesome people and awesome things in your life, because the split second you embrace this idea, you begin to allow all types of fun people and circumstances into your life.

You are worthy. By default.

Believe this and you will align yourself with your dreams.

Your Results Suggest Nothing about Your Worth

This was a stickler for me.

I aligned with low energy circumstances because I judged my worth as an infinite being of light on numbers, or dollars, or blogging success, or metrics, or anything outside of me.

Nutball crazy, right?

I understood eventually that this story – see below – of tying my worth to results or outcomes is a form of insanity we humans seem to have cornered the market on.

You will never feel worthy if you tie your worth, or value, to something other than your infinite capacity to love and to have fun.

From point #1, we learn that we are all worthy.

When you cease identifying with any outcome you instantly vibe higher, moving up the energetic scale, and you will align with other folks, circumstances and situations that mirror your worthiness.

Stop judging your brilliance according to what you have, or own, or even, what you are doing.

Nothing outside of you and nothing you do defines you or points to some lack of worthiness. Or on the flip side, if you have manifested worldly success in some area of your life – big money, successful business, great job – that does not define you or prove your worthiness, either. Because that money or business or job can disappear in a heartbeat and if that happens, your energy and worthiness will drop quicker than the Coyote off of a cliff, after he chases the Roadrunner off of the edge, into space.

These days, I see online stuff as no big deal, either way. I am worthy, because I am breathing. Any online or offline manifestation has nothing to do with my worthiness.

The Devil Is in the Story

I am no believer in demons from the ancient world – usually – but do believe that your stories can have a hellish effect on your life.

What is a story? A machination of the mind. A creation of the monkey mind, that lovely but sometimes silly and always limited entity that projects, colors and literally adds stories to every single moment of existence.

Judging. Good. Bad. Worse. Horrible. Great.

Unfortunately, the unworthiness demon that most people carry around is hatched in a story. A creation of your mind.

Pure fiction, as stories are, yet, if you tell yourself a story frequently enough, like:

“I am not worthy.”

“I am dirt.”

“I am lower than dirt.”

…..or any other terribly limiting, low self worth belief, you will believe the story as true and live your life vibing like a low-life, a low self worth piece of energetic excrement.

Clear out any story by doing things from your heart.

But first, you need to face, feel and release your stories around self-worth, progressively.

Meditating helps in this regard. Expand your awareness to be aware of the feelings you experience, and live according to, on a deeper level.

When you eat a poop sandwich by embracing these stories you can vibe from a clearer, more fun, playful and of course, worthy space.

When you feel worthy and deserving, sweetness flows into your life because you will be a match for worthy circumstances, worthy people and all types of coolness.

Monitor Reactions to Ballsy People

I recall growing up; whenever folks around me mentioned ballsy, courageous, clear, successful folks, they referred to these people as being “opinionated” or “uppity” or some other quality with a negative connotation attached.

I later realized that the people labeling ballsy folks as being jerks had low self-worth. It was never about the clear person. Always about the unclear person with low self-worth who projected their stuff onto people who viewed themselves as worthy.

Carefully observe how you react or respond to bold, empowered, confident folks.

Do you admire them? If so, awesome. If you feel any negative emotions in response to these people you have unworthy, unclear, lower energies to clear, to feel worthy.

Your Turn

How are you clearing out worthiness issues?

Do you feel worthy?

Why?

Why not?

About the Author

Ryan Biddulph is a blogger, author and world traveler who’s been featured on Richard Branson’s Virgin Blog, Forbes, Fox News, Entrepreneur, Positively Positive, Life Hack, John Chow Dot Com and Neil Patel Dot Com.
