There is no time for processing our crap or struggling&#8211;we want our stuff and we want it now.<\/p>\n<p>And pretty much right out the gate, we are being way too hard on ourselves. Remembering to cut yourself some slack will cut down on the suffering quotient immensely.<\/p>\n<p>Ryan is joining me on this podcast because I knew he would have lots of great insights into this topic.<\/p>\n<p>Here and there, the audio gets a bit wonky for like one or two seconds at a time by making our voice sound a bit weird but nothing cuts so you don&#8217;t miss anything.
