You are told to just figure out what you want, focus on it,\u00a0and then it will make its way in.<\/p>\n<p>And this is not totally untrue, but it tends to be an oversimplification of how things\u00a0play out in a reality where we have all sorts of resistance, limiting beliefs, and life experiences that reinforce all of it,and make our mind conclude lots of things that don&#8217;t serve us. Aligning is more of a\u00a0process than something that happens instantaneously.
