{"id":3354,"date":"2015-10-21T10:27:58","date_gmt":"2015-10-21T14:27:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.livelifemadetoorder.com\/blog\/blog\/?p=3354"},"modified":"2021-08-02T07:12:51","modified_gmt":"2021-08-02T07:12:51","slug":"law-of-attraction-surrender","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.livelifemadetoorder.com\/blog\/law-of-attraction-surrender\/","title":{"rendered":"Podcast #22: Law of Attraction and Dealing with the Discomfort of Surrender"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Once people learn about the law of attraction and the idea we create our own reality, our mind can really get carried away with the whole concept, and not in a good way.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">We get super-attached to specific desires; we over-analyze every thought and feeling that pops in, we take all sorts of actions trying to force a certain result or channel. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">And we come to find that we aren&#8217;t feeling too great; nothing is really changing. We hear a lot about detachment and ceding control. We probably haven&#8217;t been doing that too much, so we decide to give that a whirl. We know what we have been doing now isn&#8217;t working and we may be open to another approach.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Or we just can&#8217;t keep doing what we&#8217;re doing and we may begrudgingly enter this state.
