You hear a lot about limiting beliefs when working with the law of attraction, and with good reason. What we believe forms the core of our experience. People struggle with changing limiting beliefs. On one hand, it’s challenging because our beliefs are so deeply ingrained…we have believed them for a really long time, and have manifested a load of experiences that ‘prove’ to our mind they are true.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

And because they are so deeply ingrained, it is easy to get the impression that changing them must be some difficult, in-depth process. It really isn’t though. It all starts with a decision to simply not believe them and believe something else. This is where the mind jumps in with the ‘yeah buts’ and other arguments.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Like anything else with the attraction process, theory and actually aligning with what you want in the ‘real world’ are quite different and we need some help. If it were actually so simple to change beliefs, get happy and what not, we would just do it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
